I have been using Paul for a major renovation for many months now. He has been very accomodating to my needs and always proffessional. What started out as a simple framing job has turned into a full on addition to the rear of the house and a third floor addition. Paul has followed through on anything asked of him and his quotes are always reasonable. Most importantly, Paul answers his phone and shows up when he says he will. I have been dealing with a lot of trades people, and to find this quality in someone is absolutely key to not losing your mind in a renovation or new construction. I will post more upon completion, but so far I would no qualms whatsoever in recommending Paul the English Carpenter to anyone, including some friends who have also posted positive reviews here. That does say something. Call him, you will not be disappointed.

I needed 13 cubic yards of mulch for a tree protection zone and Steve delivered it to my home for free. Most companies will not charge for this, but steve was the only one who provided it when I needed or was at least able to tell when it would be delivered. All the others said they would let me know when they were in my area, which is not very helpful when you are trying to organise a projetc. If this is an indication of the sevice I would get when McDonald is not making any money, I can only imagine they are top notch when it comes to a paying job.
