The good: the people sound friendly at the phone but...... The bad: they ask $80 just to go and give the estimate, but once at home, they said that they have to open the dryer to see what ithe problem is wich is Called "service" and cost $280.00. ( you alredy have the broken dryer , the $80.00 for nothing and the guy there, so you said yes. And on top of everything you have to pay for the part. To Do it short, yo pay $ 401,15 for a fuse. They should advertise that the estimate is $280.00, not $80.00. Beware !!!
We buy the window more than 2 years ago. It came with a 5 year guarantee. Like last year, I received a notice from them asking to came and check its performance after the winter season. Every point and corner of the 4 panels, was checked and mainrenance was done . Very resposible people ! Certainly, I 'm satisfied with them.
