From Guy who quoted the job through to the amazing installation crew of Jonathan and Corey, everyone was honest, professional, experienced, punctual and personable. The installation went without issue with Jonathan and Corey's attention to every detail evident after it was finished. Everything was taken care of from the removal of the old system right down to the explanation of the new system operation and what to expect. It's really nice too when you can see how proud they are of their work as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bill ! We hired Bill to install our new wood stove insert. We had the insert already. We had had no liner to begin with and required Bill to remove our old wood stove, install the new one, install the liner, and order a floor hearth extension for safety purposes. Bill provided a free consultation and ordered our hearth extension. He was prompt and cheerful and personality-plus and went over and beyond with assisting us. We had no idea what was required and needed to be done regarding flue, flue collar and chimney liner, etcetera. We just had this new wood stove insert that needed to be installed. He and his wife attended to sweep the chimney first as we had had no liner at all before, as I mentioned, provided the estimate, ordered our ceramic hearth extension and we made an appointment for the install date. They were quick and organized and VERY CLEAN and efficient with the sweep. Big tarps laid down. Between the two appointments, we were in communication. He is very available by his cell phone. He showed up on the install date very prompt and performed the install of stove and liner. Again, very precise, efficient, organized and clean, tarps laid down. He was a pleasure to have around and also very helpful with his tips and knowledge on types of wood and the burning of different wood and use of the new stove. He is of course WETT CERTIFIED and go to his Web site, you will see ALL the other services he provides and a very wide range of territory, too. This proper thank you is long overdue.

This is an exceptional roofing company. Willie Jansen is an honest, credible and professional man. And he and his crew perform extraordinary work in keeping with the high standards Jansen Roofing's reputation has built upon for over 30 years. The first time I met Willie he advised I could even wait a year or two before doing my roof. When I did eventually get a new roof last year, his quote was the most reasonable. And as well, he was most accommodating at booking a convenient date in a quick time frame. Willie and his "crew of many" arrived early and promptly went about setting up all equipment and all safety measures and tarps to cover any landscaping. They removed all old shingles, laid down the new shingles, took old shingles away and cleaned up the work site so nicely you would never have known they were here! Done by end of day. One of the guys had disturbed a bee's nest and was stung several times and remained good natured about it. I work from home and they were very pleasant and easy to be around, too. This wonderful group is the whole package -- reasonable honest estimates, quality workmanship, exceptional work ethic, fast, precise perfectionists. I only wish they did other major house repairs !

From our initial phone call through to finished installation, our experience with Northern Comfort was stellar! Peter, our sales consultant, was very well informed on all the products and deals and recommended the perfect choice for our lifestyle and the room. We had to cancel the appointment on a Sun. night because of the extreme cold the next day and there was absolutely no problem at all! Rescheduled for same week, our installers were punctual, easy going, friendly and detailed. The finished sliding patio door/window changed the whole room and was finished off with brand new white moulding and capped and everything!
