We recently complete our new all-electric high efficiency cottage build with Double T, and we could not be more thrilled with the results. From start to finish, their team exhibited outstanding professionalism, expertise and commitment to quality. Being built to close to passive house standards they brought an incredible level of attention to detail, ensuring every component met very stringent energy efficiency standards.

Throughout the project, communication was seamless, and they were always responsive to our questions and ideas. We especially appreciated their willingness/dedication to using eco-friendly materials and practices. The finished cottage is not only beautiful but also performs beyond our expectations. We are already seeing the benefits in terms of energy savings and comfort.

My bathroom required a major reno so there was only one company I ever considered for the task. This was my second time using Double T Contracting as my previous experience (a main floor and kitchen rebuild) went so smoothly and was executed with the utmost care.
The bathroom turned out even better than I could imagine and I couldn't be happier.

I can't say enough good things about the team at Double T Contracting. Double T came in on a VERY complex challenge, and came through in spades. From first discussion, to estimate process, to planning, and the execution - all has been extremely positive. Double T is a rarity - they are high on integrity, solid communicators, reliable, and the quality and commitment to the work is fantastic. They were great to work with on a very small downtown worksite - respectful of the neighbours property, ALWAYS leaving a clean worksite at the end of each day (a little thing, but so appreciated!). They fixed multiple structural challenges, and worked with me on the design and finish - the team are true ARTISANS.

Taras and his team were great to work with. Straight forward, and hard working group with a focus on high quality craftsmanship in all aspects. I appreciated how clean and safe they kept the house and I always had the sense that the work was going to be done right, and on time. This same approach extended to their trade partners brought in to work on the project.

We used to be neighbours with Taras and had seen several of his projects prior to hiring him ourselves. He and the team did a fantastic job. They were completely on schedule and kept a very clean work site which kept our condo board happy! We highly recommend Double T Contracting. You cannot go wrong hiring this team. The team exceeded our expectations on a complete Reno to our basement. They were able to provide a one-stop shop service including coordinating plumbing, a new stairwell, electricity and full bathroom redo. The entire team including our lead contractor was professional, practical, and always communicating. This was especially appreciated during the uncertainty of the pandemic.

I recently had a total home renovation, including a 2-storey addition, completed by Double T Contracting. To say that I am happy with the end result is an understatement. I had a vision for my home but my expectations were exceeded. I was very impressed with the professionalism of Taras and his crew and the quality of work. I was also very impressed with their ability to meet my timelines and get me back in my house on my desired date. This was a result of the crews solid work ethic; and the fact that they were entirely committed to my house for the duration of the project. My home is over 100 years old, so it was not unusual to find some surprises and unplanned, additional work along the way. Taras helped me to navigate this and make sound decisions on what I should and shouldnt do. He was always very honest, reasonable and straightforward. I would absolutely recommend Double T Contracting to anyone looking to do a major renovation. You will definitely be assured of a quality project that is on time and on budget. I have been lucky enough to find Double T Contracting Inc. the first year I moved in my new house. It is an old house that needed a lot of love. in the 5 years have been here, Taras and his guys have done ALL my renos, Kitchen, Bathroom, Roof, Back Terrace, Basement and now this year a complete reno of the 2nd floor.
I cannot recommended them enough, their work is impeccable and professional.

Taras is the epitome of quality work, professionalism and efficiency. Our project consisted of a complete renovation of the kitchen, updating the 3 bathrooms with new custom cabinetry and plumbing, installing hardwood throughout, installing spotlights where there had never been any before as well as new lighting fixtures throughout. They painted the condo throughout, including scraping down and repainting approximately 30 interior doors which was very time consuming for them. I am especially thrilled with the gorgeous cabinetry in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The craftsmanship cannot be beat. Taras and his electrician also came up with a fabulous design to install pot lights in the office as well as the living room and dining area without sacrificing headspace in a condo with typical 8 foot ceilings. The result is very architecturally pleasing and effective. All in all the attention to detail and quality of work throughout was exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend Taras for any renovation project.

Taras and his team are very professional and work super hard to make sure the finished product is perfect. Taras is very good at communicating and keeping on track with scheduling. As well, his team are super helpful and considerate. A big shout out to Ivan and Dane!
