Detailed and honest. My wife and I live in Maple Ridge. We recently (February 2016) had Ken redo the entire outside deck of the house (about 500 sq. ft), replace the railings, build new stairs down to the next level, and build an awning over a large portion of the deck. Originally, we had contacted three different firms to quote us on the project. Ken had the best attitude, the best after sales service, and he spent a lot of time going through the different options with us. This guy is the real deal. What impressed us the most about Ken is he cares about the work that he does, and he cares about his reputation. When work began, it was during the rainy season. Ken and crew built a huge temporary cover over the house in order to do the work safely and out of the weather. During the work, he and his crew paid attention to detail, even replacing items on the house that were aged or originally installed incorrectly. I wish this guy had built our entire house. They even replaced three beams in the garage even though this was not part of his original quote. As happens with older houses, about a month after the project was completed, the flat TPO roof on our house began to leak. My wife and I got word of this from the tenants in the house. We were away on vacation, and didn’t know what to do. It was unrelated to Ken’s project, but we didn’t know who to call. Well, I called Ken. Ken understood we were out of town and frantic about our leaky roof. He had a roofing specialist go out the next day to take a look. Ken’s specialist found the problem and fixed it. Disaster averted. The deck, railings and awning look awesome. High quality and bulletproof. We now have a “go to” guy for our friends and relatives who need their deck and awning replaced. We are fortunate to have found Ken and his team, and that’s why we are writing this review.

This company is excellent. We needed a new roof quickly as the current one was leaking. I am working up north, but Adanac Roofing was able to do exactly as requested. They are helpful, trustworthy, and the workers on site are professional and friendly. This company is a pleasure to deal with.
