Our real estate agent, who has been in the business for 20 years recommended Goldenfinger (David) to do our bathroom renovation for our home before listing it. David's work was excellent and very reasonably priced and we were very impressed and also grateful for our real estate agent's recommendation. We had no doubt that if we needed renovation work in the future, we would engage David to do the work. The opportunity came when we moved to our new home. Both upstairs bathrooms and the powder room were badly in need of complete teardown and complete renovations. We were fortunate that David could squeeze us in and did another execellent job for us over a 4 week period. He worked 6 days each week and brought in assistance when necessary. My wife was very particular about what she wanted the bathrooms to look like, so we bought some items ourselves and David installed them for us. While he was here, we identified additional work and David readily agreed to do the additional work for us. We asked him to re-tile the laundry room floor and install a new laundry tub; add ceiling potlights in the master bedroom and family room; and add a vanity and new toilet in the basement bathroom. We were very pleased with every aspect of his work. He also cleaned up every evening so there was no mess left behing for us to deal with. He was very pleasant to work with and very accommodating. There was no problem that he couldn't solve. We highly recommend David and Goldenfinger for our renovations. We will definitely hire him again! Casement window hardware was broken and Toby was able to replace the hardware for a fraction of the cost of a new window. Toby was very knowledgeable and pleasant.
