It was time for a complete Out with Old and In with the New Window and Door Overhaul. I contacted Jerry and setup a time that worked for both of us. He was punctual, personable, and Very Professional. We discussed the options available and he was on his way. He never pushed the sale of anything and we never felt the pressure to buy from him. We loved the fact that it was a family business and Jerry really seemed to care about helping us with what we wanted and what we needed. The windows (15), front door and patio door arrived before the ETA which was great and a installation date was set. The day of installation Luke, Brandon and crew arrived on time, carefully covered all the work area and got to the job at hand. Our installation was scheduled for 2 days and went perfectly. Brandon and Luke made sure to explain to us what they were doing and keep us abreadt of the complete progress. Upon completion they cleaned up perfectly. The doors and windows look amazing. I can't recommend Consumers Direct e tough!! Amazing experience from start to finish. A+++++++

The Upstairs of our house was always too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter. We figured we should have a look at upping the R Rating of our Attic Insulation from what the Builder installed to R60. I gave Mark a call from Envirotech and he had Charlie come out and take a look and see what we needed to do. He was very informative and professional. Their quote for scope of work was reasonable, which included Insulation Top Up and new Rafter Vents (Baffles) to allow for adequate air flow. Jon & Caleb were the lucky two employees to be selected to perform our job. They showed up exactly when they were scheduled and completed the job in a timely manner. They too very very professional, did quality work and made sure the clean up both inside and out was spotless. Thanks again.
