I contacted GNI for a quote and received a quick email response setting up the date and time. Alana showed up as scheduled and did a thorough inspection of the attic. I found her to be very knowledgeable and well organized. She advised that I would receive a quote in the email which came the same day. The price they quoted me was very competitive and the scheduling process was made easy by Nick. The crew consisting of Tom, Brian and Cliff showed up just as scheduled and worked diligently for several hours. Upon completion of the work, Tom insisted that I take a look at the job and I found this to be commendable as it demonstrates the kind of confidence and pride they have in their work. The cleanup was equally impressive as they left the area exactly the same as it was before they started the job. Overall, I'm glad I chose GNI as the entire process was stress free.

I purchased a water softener and Iron Filter from Tom who also did the installation. He was very punctual and arrived exactly as he had indicated. Tom's extremely knowledgeable about the products he carries and is patient in explaining it in simple terms. When the supplier had forgotten to include a certain part to compete the installation, I thought I had to reschedule. But Tom went out of his way to get the part and complete the installation as scheduled. Awesome guy who is very genuine! Best part about his company is you deal with the owner (him) directly from the purchase to installation and also after care as he will touch base with you as a follow up. Excellent service!

I hired Augusta movers on May 18th to move from Maple to Caledon. Jason, Justin and Tatum arrived ahead of schedule. They were meticulous at packing all my items so that things are secured properly. I was very impressed at how they were able to move extremely heavy furniture down narrow stairs without damaging/marking the wallls. The move out was done without any issues. Same can be said for the moving in. Again props to the three guys who were all polite and courteous. They made sure everything was placed where you want it to be placed. In addition, they reassembled furniture in timely fashion. I'm very happy with the level of a service provided by this company.

I called Alex for an estimate and he was extremely punctual. Had the best price but more importantly he was able to deliver/install windows exactly as scheduled. Keep in mind he installed the windows in almost -10 weather with strong winds. Installation went smoothly and windows look amazing. Definitely will recommend Alex to anyone who needs window or door work done.

I just had my ducts cleaned by Dave's Duct Cleaning and the service and quality was top notch. Both Brendan and Scott were very professional and efficient. They would check in with me during the service to see if I had any questions for them. I find this to be extremely useful and informative. They worked very hard and seemed quite knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use Dave's Duct Cleaning again or recommend them to my friends and family.

My refrigerator stopped working, I called Peter and he was able to diagnose the problem on the phone and provide service the same day. Amazing service and absolutely genuine person.
