Great prices poor service and a terrible no return policy. I went in to buy tiles. The sales woman sold me cs of tiles. I installed and had a full case left over. I tried to return the unopened box and was told no returns, read your bill. I explained that I had been over sold. the "manager" calculated himself what I should have needed. It was 4 cases. I told him the woman working sold me 5 and that I should be entitled to a refund for the unopened case. the woman remembered me and I reminded her that she was short handed that night and that I had to help load the cases. She remembered me. she said it would be up to the manager to decide. He decided no return. I said that I would be taking the rest of my business down the street (I had measurements in my pocket for another project) He didn't care. He tried to tell me that their prices are a way lower than any other place, and that they were selling these tiles cheaper than they bought them for. Well they weren't cheaper once you calculate the extra case I have and cannot use! Very poor business practice and the hecklers in the back ground were no help either. Never going back.
