My A/C unit recently broke down so I called Sonny and he stepped in immediately. Send out Rico and partner to install a new A/C unit and replaced my 18 yr old inefficient furnace. Rico and team stayed until the eraly hours of the next day to ensure we had a working A/C system (during the hottest days of this month) and came back the next day to complete the job. Awesome job and amazing work ethics. Would highly recommend City Air to anyone looking for any HVAC services.

After spending about a week researching duct cleaning companies, based on the great reviews, I decided to call Dial One. I called on a Friday morning and spoke to Joe. He gave me a quote and was able to send his crew out to my house the very next day. Josh and Wil showed up right on time, gave me a detailed explanation on what they were going to do, and then started at it. They were very professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They did an excellent job and were able to get the ducts looking like new. It's been a few weeks since we had the cleaning done and I must say, the dust levels in the house are dramatically lower. As an added bonus the fee was even a few dollars lower than Joe had quoted me over the phone. Overall I was very pleased with the service, price and the company overall. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future.
