We hired Pave-way to repave our driveway on the recommendation of satisfied neighbours. Pave-way came in early July to estimate the cost. They excavated in mid-July and removed the old asphalt and laid down a layer of gravel. A Rogers cable which lay only two inches below the surface was accidentally cut in the process and had to be reburied. We kept Pave-way informed about the reburying of the cable, which would hold up the completion of the paving. Their staff were very professional and were wonderful to deal with. They got our driveway back on the work schedule soon after I called to let them know that Rogers had reburied the cable. Pave way did an outstanding job. Their crews are very experienced. To my surprise, they brought the rollers inside the garage to ensure that the new asphalt was level with the garage floor. The result was a first class job. We are very happy with the result.

Ivano came to install an exterior decorative window shutter in a hard to reach area when few others were willing to attempt it as there was a lot of mature shubbery. He was very helpful and did the job very well. I would definitely use him again for other shutter and blind projects.

It was with great trepidation that I approached replacing the existing cushion vinyl floor in our kitchen with porcelain tiles. It took several months for me to decide and I interviewed several contractors. I’m very happy that we went with Tile Stars. Dmitri and his partner, Sasha, were attentive to every detail, including marble transitions between the kitchen and dining room, and also between the kitchen and hallway, which has a different tiled floor. They took care in preserving existing toe kicks at the bottom of the cabinets. They took time repainting quarter round. In fact, they showed meticulous craftsmanship and pride in doing top-notch work. Sasha was very helpful with design advice. We almost made the mistake of laying the 12x24 inch tiles in the wrong direction. This job was accomplished in one week as promised. Our kitchen really shines now. I will be recommending them to anyone who has a tiling job to do.
