Man With a Wrench not only responded to my problems off-hours, but were clearly there to help me, not exploit me like many in this industry. I found all staff to be very customer oriented, and highly responsive to my needs. From Alex to Ali, their prime interest was to repair both my dishwasher and refrigerator in the most cost effective and efficient way possible. Both were very polite, and took the time to explain my appliance issues, and were never aggressive in terms of pushing unnecessary repairs on me. As someone who's been burned in the past by appliance repair companies, it's refreshing to work with a company who truly value their reputation and integrity. I would never hesitate to use Man with a Wrench if needed in the future; these guys are the best!

NEVER USE THESE GUYS! I wish I had read the reviews before contracting them to repair my dishwasher. When contacted on March 7th to repair my dishwasher, a technician was dispatched March 8th. I was quoted an $80 service call, at which point I would receive a quote. This charge was refundable with any resultant repairs. I was advised the cost would be $280, which I approved in writing. After a few minutes with a screwdriver, it was then determined I would need a new drainage hose - quoted at $267.50 plus labour, on top of which my motor would 'probably' need replacement. The math now brings this repair closer to $800 - $900 - to repair a 5 year old dishwasher. My scenario was the same as most people who have used these people. Very unprofessional, with questionable ethics. Repeated emails to rectify the situation yielded no resolution. I feel totally taken advantage of, and have learned....DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST!
