We had 2 windows replaced in a timely and professional manner. From the first visit to final completion the job was handled very well. The estimate was clear and the final bill was as quoted (with an additional charge for inside 'finishing' work which we agreed to beforehand). We were also impressed that the initial installation was 'delayed' as the Long Life staff was not satisfied with the product on inspection at the factory -- well worth the additional 4 day wait! The job site was kept clean inside and out, both during and after the work. The office and on-site crew chief kept us informed by phone in a timely manner. Long Life employees, at all levels, are highly recommended -- we will call them again.
