We moved to a new house and I wasn't able to change one of our locks. Tom came by promptly, installed the new lock and also gave us some great advice for maintaining it. Since he was here, I asked if he could cut a lock I had lost the key for, which he did. I would not hesitate to use Victory Locks again.

We bought a new house and needed to replace the old existing furnace and AC. Neema and Yashar walked me through the project, explaining my options and tradeoffs for each choice. They made sure I understood what to expect. I asked them to also provide and install an ecoBee Smart thermostat, which is not a standard thing they do. They arrived on time on a Sunday to install everything and did a great job, cleaning the utility room constantly as they installed the new furnace, and finishing on time. It's been almost a month since they finished and everything's working great. I have and will continue to recommend Ace Comfort Solutions to anyone needing a new furnace/AC or for HVAC services.

Brent is exceptionally thorough in his inspection and takes his time in explaining what he finds. As new home buyers, we don't have a lot of expertise, which can be stressful. Brent took his time walking through the house and explaining everything to us, positive and negative. He was clearly focused on making sure we understood our house as well as possible. I fully recommend his work and professionalism. Within hours of the inspection, he emailed almost 100 high-resolution pictures to us from his inspection.

Tip Top Trough removed our existing eaves troughs and installed new ones. Their estimate was fair and thoroughly described the work to be done. Pierce was very flexible with his schedule as we had to postpone our roof repairs because of weather. Once we set a date, the work was done quickly and cleanly. I wasn't home when the work was done and other than the new troughs, there was no evidence that anyone had been there -- no mess or debris in the yard. I am very happy to recommend this company.

We had a tall pine tree in the front of the house that was looking dead and an large apple tree in the back yard that makes a mess of our yard and the neighbour's yard every summer. Steve determined that it was best to remove the pine tree and agreed to remove the apple branches that were crossing the fence and also thin out the rest of the tree. His quote was reasonable compared to the other ones we got. Steve and Mark were friendly and worked quickly. They did everything that was promised and were very thorough when cleaning up the site. They even swept the debris from the street that was under their truck. The stump for the pine tree is at grade. We expected it to be a little above ground, but they were able to cut it even lower. This is great. The apple tree looks great now and we're looking forward enjoying our yard more this summer. We will happily recommend Steve to our family and friends and he will be the only person we call the next time we need work done on a tree.
