My husband and I bought our first home and in a few short weeks we have bled money and had numerous headaches with rodents. We called Swat Wild Life and they came the very next day. Customer service and their expert Ken were SUPER helpful. Ken explained my situation, the winter blast created a 40 foot long hole and no shingles, and everything to assist. No pressure, no fast talk, no jargon, no 'latest model 2001' just honest 'This is what I would do for my own home' work. Ken cared, offered all his help on both visits and did the follow up. I couldn't ask for more and HIGHLY recommend Swat Wild Life, and believe me when I say I'm a grump.
