PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ....!!! When I initially called the company about a move from London Ontario to Halifax Nova Scotia, I was given a pick up date and a delivery date. They picked it up on the date ( about 5 hours late), and after I called to find out what was happening with the pick up. However, they told me the delivery would be made on a date two weeks from the pick up , so I expected it to be delivered on the date that they said. After the 2 weeks passed and we did not hear from them , we called and was told ,VERY RUDELY,that we could not been given a date and that they weren't sure when the delivery would be made. On top of that , they charged us another $200 dollars extra for some fee that they also neglected to tell us...and told us that our weight was added wrong initially , so they had to re-weigh and of course came up with more weight and more money. Needless to say, this was one of the worst experiences that I have ever gone through. My daughter was in tears after hearing , on two occasions,how much extra she would have to pay to have her things delivered. The items finally arrived after about 4 weeks later. Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. My advice to them would be to be upfront with customers. Let them know exactly when items can be picked up and when they will be delivered. If the cut off date has passed for pickup then they should also let customers know before they book pickups with them. If you do not know...then say that you do not know, or are not sure of the exact time of delivery. At least, we would have been able to weigh our options. Never again!!!
