The worst. Especially if your move is slightly more complicated than a standard city-to-city move. I confirmed with the sales woman (I will call her Primary Contact) that the move would be from Montreal to a town in Alberta and included all of the details. She enthusiastically agreed that none of this would be a problem. However, I should have been red-flagged once I noticed her dismissal of some of the key information I gave her - this actually ~would~ be a problem later. We waited 2 months (!!!) for our furniture. This was partially due to Blue Star subcontracting to another company in Alberta - unbeknownst to us. The two companies blamed each other for the delay - leaving us with nothing but phone calls through which we'd relay information between them. Primary Contact in Toronto "tried really hard" to get us a discount for waiting so long, but apparently decided not to pass it on to anyone else and we had to pay the whole amount in the end. Also enjoyed the verbal abuse over two phone calls from the manager (I am, however, honoured that he even took the second call - he seems to be a hard person to find). These points are only highlights - the email conversations I've saved read like Stephen King fan fiction. Note: the Montreal to Strathmore move ended in Oct 2013 with our having to drive the last few kilometers with our furniture loaded in our own trucks. We have since moved overseas (using another company, obviously) and have been busy setting up in our new home. I'm not sure i have the energy to find the missing item that Primary Contact has yet to address.
