Contacted this company to repair appliance. This appliance is in a home I own and rent to tenants. The appliance was a dryer that was over 12 years old. One of the 3 fins inside the dryer drum had fallen off. Not essential but the clothes take longer to dry when they can't tumble properly. The one good thing was he showed up 3 hours early for scheduled appointment. Unfortunately this caused problems. The tenant was not home yet and I did not know where the fin was. I was trying to find the fin and the repair man was looking on the internet to replacement part. I asked him how much it would cost, I was not willing to spend too much on such an old appliance. He told me at least $225. I said forget it. The tenant arrived home and located the fin. I had to take a call and when I came back 4 min later... the repair man had reattached the fin. He then have me a bill for $290 for repair. Outrageous. I would never had approved if he had discussed with me. After he left the tenant told me that the repairman told him the fix would not last. The hole that held the fin to the drum had eroded. There was also a foot note on my bill that said when it falls off the drum would need to be rebuild at a cost if $490. Plus materials.

Called Elite Appliance after calling Fisher and Paykel about my refridgerator. It was making loud sounds when compressor was running. Elite scheduled an appointment, confirmed time frame day before for work order number #392252 The technician arrived as scheduled ( early actually after calling) The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and helped diagnose and fix problem.

These guys are amazing. I had been shopping around for flooring for about a month. I had a particular manufactures product I wanted to use. I contacted 5 flooring stores for prices. Then my friend told me to check out Conoda Flooring. Likely one of the best recommendations I have ever received. No one even came close to their pricing. When they told me the cost it was almost like that IKEA commercial....."start the car" Amazing prices, Friendly helpful service, on time delivery. A pleasure to deal with in all respects! Honestly I can't say enough about these guys and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Called Brothers Plumbing to replace a cartridge for a Monen single lever faucet. The tap was dripping so I told them exactly what needed to be done. Repair man was good replac the cartrige and was out of there is 10 min - cost me $367. This company is a rip off. BEWARE!!
