Arvin didn't complete the job after receiving his final payment and ghosted us, after a number of projects. Disappointing.

Our house had a very old downtown roof - the kind that has layers upon layers of shingles. Jason and his team removed them, redid the roof, and were extremely professional! So pleased to have found this company here - very fair prices, great work quality, and excellent service.

We called Convertible after our air conditioner died during the heat wave - with 3 small kids, we knew it was urgent! They were extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem and quick to get here and install a replacement. Very efficient and nice, reasonable price, would definitely recommend!

We hired Firemen Movers to move us from one side of town to the other, and could not have been more impressed with their service. Not only were they completely professional and on time, they were courteous, careful, and had a great sense of humour even when it came to moving our craziest pieces of furniture up three flights of stairs. On top of all of this, they were really kind and sweet with our four year old son, who was thrilled to have real firemen in his new house. Really, really lovely people - they went above and beyond, and were heads and tails above any other moving company we've ever used. Competitive pricing and excellent service, great team - highly recommended!

Delroy came within an hour of me calling about the fridge, immediately worked to fix it, then came back later (in the early evening) to ensure it was working properly. Then he sang a lovely song to our son for his birthday! So great, and very much appreciated.

We cannot express how thrilled we were with the work done by Tom and his team at Design 2 Build! We hired them based on the recommendation of a friend. Not only did he respond promptly and provide an estimate and timeline quickly, when they were on site doing the work they finished more quickly than expected and were extremely personable and friendly! It was a fairly complicated wall update, as it spanned over the staircase of two floors of a Victorian with very high ceilings. Their work was meticulous, thorough, and beautiful - eight months later, it still looks as good as new, no flaws. We're very grateful to Tom and his team for their approach to helping renovate our home and would most definitely recommend them again!

Ashley from Eurofab helped us to select the best fabrics, recommended the best fixtures, and picked out our blinds. How did she do this so easily and so well? The company offers a $150 consultation - they will come to your home and make the best recommendations for you. Now, at $150, this isn't free - but if you do decide to proceed with ordering, it comes off your total cost, so if you feel confident that you'll be making an order, it's well worth your investment. When we ordered, we were told it would be approximately three weeks - the job was instead complete in less than two, with the exception of one blind which is still coming well within the time frame. We are thrilled with our new drapes and blinds, and look forward to using this company again when it comes time to do our wallpapering. I would absolutely recommend Eurofab to others.

We had never used a cleaning service prior to calling Maret's. However, we got too busy to continue trying to maintain it ourselves and decided to make the call. Our expectation was that even if we got a mediocre job done, at least we'd be 70% there and we could do the rest ourselves, which would save us a chunk of time. Our original quote from Maret was high but we quickly understood why - she was extremely detailed and gave us costs by line item so that we could basically select from a menu of options. We chose about $500 worth of services and they came in to do the job within the week. Her team was friendly and the supervisor, Jacqueline, was great. When we got home from work, the house looked great! They did a wonderful job on a 150 year old house that's been in a state of renovation for the last three years. We are very pleased that we called!

We called 2 Guys Painting for the first time a few years ago to paint our first condo. Not only did they stay 'til all hours to get the job done in a single day to ensure our scheduled movers wouldn't have any problems with wet walls, they were extremely professional and friendly. They picked up the paint, did the job, and did it so well that my highly meticulous husband was notably impressed by the quality of their work. (No cutting corners on the corners! Hah.) I have recommended this company to many friends and family members, and also used them this year to paint my new office - a big job in a heritage building with high ceilings. We had a bit of a rush request, and they did what was necessary to not simply fit us in, but fit us in quickly and do an excellent job - yet again! This company is top notch, and everyone to whom I've referred them has been equivalently impressed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to even the most finicky clients nor would I personally ever use another company. They are the best!
