Prior to giving an estimate, Carbone took the time to investigate the area that needs to be repaired as well as the condition of the joists. Based on his findings and the cost involved, he gave me the option on whether to proceed or not. I accepted his quote and he did the job to my satisfaction.
Having our air ducts cleaned has definitely improved the quality of air circulating around our house. I haven't been sneezing that much since the service; so I know Mark and Johnny did a great job. They also took time to answer my questions about their process and advised on when/how the vents attached to another system may be cleaned another time. We are very satisfied with their service.
