Edward is/was a pleasure to deal with. He took his time and offered advice on design, and made suggestions to best fit our house. We made it clear to him that we would need some time to make our decision and he was very patient. There was no pressure to sign. We will purchase more windows from Edward in the very near future. My only concern was on a weekend (during the holiday season) it was very difficult to get a hold of someone in the office, so that is understandable considering the time of week, and year.
