DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....BEWARE!!! Was told I would receive my belongings within 5 to 7 days, they came to pick up our belongings on December 30th, 2013. Movers were ok, except for one of the men was on his cell phone numerous times. When I called looking for our belongings on January 6th, 2014, I was told that our belongings would not be leaving until January 10th, Steve Aslan the supposed General Manager advised that my rep. Elizabeth would have told me that containers only leave Toronto twice a month. Told him that there was no such discussion by phone or email confirmations. Told him I wanted compensation, he offered a 5% discount, told him I was not satisfied with this, he assured me he would do his best, and call me back, he never called back, I called his several times, to be told he was not in, or on a call, or in the warehouse, I spent about 4 hours in total on hold. Steve in the end basically told me he didn't have time for me, and that he was ending our conversation, i asked for the owners name, Steve refused to provide me with a name, very unprofessional for a so called General Manager. It is now January 15th, 17 days later and was told again that we won't have our belongings until January 17th to the 20th. Regret not seeing these reviews before booking.
