I had hardwood floor installed for 1000 sq ft by this company. The quality of work was very poor, a lot of gaps, nails marks everywhere, even baseboards were not installed properly. I had to hire another contractor to finish up stairs and fix whatever possible. I feel like they just wasted money I paid for exotic hardwood floor. This company is in the business just for the money not for doing a professional job. Unfortunately I paid them before I checked the floors and of course the owner did not return any of my phone calls after. I would not recommend Carter Hardwood Flooring to anybody.
