Silveline replaced all the windows in our home. I was a super demanding client that ask Marc a million technical questions about every detail of windows but he was always patient and answered my questions and visited our home several times. While we were waiting for our windows to be replaced we had do a emergency renovation in our bathroom and need a rush window, Silverline was the only company that would even work with us and they got us a new window in a week!! Are new windows look amazing and work very well. The crew were very friendly and communicated with me as to what they were doing along the way. They have also come back to fix some nit picky details. Wes did two bathrooms for us and all I can say is wow! Wes was amazing to work with. His attention to detail is so rare to find and I got an education in how to tile as he explained to me what he was doing each step along the way. I made some changes as we went along but Wes was very patient and worked everyday on the job until it was completely finished. Everything looks perfect. He is very passionate about his work and providing to best service possible to his clients. He cleaned up after himself everyday and separated, bagged and labeled all the garbage so it will be easy when the junk removal company comes to pick it up. He also coordinated an excellent plumber for us. My 2 year old daughter loved him and named him the tile doctor (a name very fitting as he should receive a doctorate tiling).
