second, The sale rep is very professional and thinking on behalf of customers, explain to me many times of different type of the installation work would cost.
last but not least, The final step of the window installation amazing me. The technician provide qualify work, yet very responsible. e.g one of the water proof sheet may forgot to put it in the drywall the day before, the technician open the drywall again and put it back. This is called reliable and responsible which stands out. Absolutely five start service with reasonable cost.

I am a property manager in Vancouver and this is the second time I have used Silveline to replace the windows. 1st building was 27 units and latest one was 24. Both projects went really well, fantastic crew, great communication and very easy to work with. We had one small issue on the 1st building and they were quick to attend and repair for free which is why we used them again . We have no issues at all with the latest project and are really happy with the final outcome.
