Brent and his apprentice Cole came over to take a look at our dishwasher and quickly found that the issue was not plumbing related. I had called the office earlier in the day to ask if a new toilet could be put in if their staff had the time. They made the time and did an awesome job! After an exhaustive and careful processes and quite a few quotes we selected Rapid Roofing & Repair to take care of our roof replacement. They were not the cheapest quote received; however, their friendliness, professionalism, and ten year workmanship warranty made our decision pretty easy. We are very pleased that we chose Rapid Roofing & Repair and strongly recommend them. We have an older house and a detached garage and trust me when I say the job wasn't an easy one. A few roofers that came out to see it wouldn't even provide a quote given the challenge it presented (lots of peaks and valleys, 2.5 stories, close to our neighbors, etc.) and the roof itself was in pretty bad shape. One lower quote that we got at the Edmonton Home Show doubled when their site manager showed up to verify the quote. We were very impressed with the entire RR&R team (Catherine, Dan, Darren, and Richard) and we were very pleased with the end result. I especially found the guys (Richard and his team) who actually did the work very friendly and hard working. They started early and worked late to get everything done and they made sure that our grounds (and their neighbors) weren't full of any debris. Choose them, you will be very happy with their service and your new roof!

I would highly recommend that you choose WaterPros for any of your plumbing needs. Everything was wonderful from the initial call to Mary in their office to David who came to do the actual work. Very nice people with a high degree of customer service. I have an older home and let's just say that the previous owner "got creative" with some of the plumbing in the house. The shower drain repair wasn't as easy as I had hoped; however, David made me feel comfortable by assuring me that he would do everything in his power to conduct the repairs with as little damage as possible which is exactly what he did. In the end I was very happy with the work and the price. PS - he came on time and did the work within the outlined time frame. How often does that happen? Almost never in my experience.
