This was my 2nd or 3rd time using RLC. Contacted him on a Saturday evening hoping to hear back on Monday; he e-mailed back saying he could be at my place to spec the job in an hour! He was always very responsive by both text & email. Installation of my EV charger was more complicated than most due to 3 factors: 1) Needed to add a new sub-panel 2) No easy path from panel to garage, so had to do some trenching underneath interlock stones 3) ESA inspection on all of the above (so I could get my rebate!) Ralph did a great job with this large task that took he & his assistant from Dawn till Dusk, and followed-up multiple times afterward to make sure everything was ok & that the ESA inspection got processed.

Very knowledgeable & communicates that knowledge well. Had a team of 3 for a pretty big job (clearing a large fallen tree + a few other dead/dying trees + trimming a large cedar hedge) that took a full day + a few hours. Were very efficient & tidy -- cut & stacked firewood, chipped & disposed the rest. Will gladly call on Dion when I inevitably need tree service again.

Work was done on time and on budget. Ralph is also very good at responding promptly via whatever medium you prefer (phone, text, e-mail) which is important for a service provider. Very honest guy.
