For some reason, there was all of a sudden a large hole in the door seal of our Samsung washing machine. Based on prior reviews, I got in touch with Joe via email to have it repaired. I received a prompt reply that he would not be in the area, but Danny could have a look at it. I cannot say enough about Danny's expertise and dedication to client service. He was able to replace the door seal without removing the dryer on top of the washer - a big savings in time and effort, as both are located in a small space and not easily moved. He also did not charge me upfront for the replacement door seal, whereas another provider wanted over $200 upfront. He communicated clearly throughout the repair process and was very professional. His cost was a significant savings over another quote, and was done quickly. I would happily recommend Danny and Joe for future appliance repairs.

Our fridge and freezer suddenly stopped working for a few days, then started working again, then stopped working again. I found Mors through HomeStars and explained what was happening as best as I could. He arrived within a couple of hours and conducted tests for about an hour, determining that a relay was to blame and that he would have to order the part, which would take a couple of days. After the part arrived, he returned to install it - only to find that the control board was also not working. He followed up later to tell me the part would be $400 plus installation cost. Given the age of our fridge, we felt it best to purchase a new one, and Mors completely understood. He was kind enough not to charge us for the relay part, just for the labour for the 2 visits. Mors is highly professional, arrives when he says he will, and very reasonable. I would highly recommend him for any appliance servicing issue.

Vlad and Peter were true professionals in hanging my new 75" TV on the wall. I had asked Vlad numerous questions before the installation, as I was worried about the weight of the TV, the ability to use a surge protector, and the presence of metal studs. Vlad took the time to answer my questions and recommend solutions without obligation or pressure. Based on his stellar track record, I booked Vlad to complete the installation. He and Peter arrived on time and got to work quickly. They were kind enough to un-box the TV (at my request) and kept me apprised of the progress throughout the job. They had me sit on my couch to ensure the height of the TV on the wall was suitable, and showed me the level on top of the TV to assure me that the TV was level. They cleaned up throughout the job. They used a power bridge to ensure I could use a surge protector (which Vlad also provided), which was very important to me. Vlad also recommended the use of a digital audio cable in case the ARC function didn't work on the TV or home theatre, which made great sense and was something I didn't think about previously. The TV looks amazing on the wall and I have received many compliments from family and friends. Too bad I can't take the credit for it! I highly recommend Vlad and team for your TV wall-hanging needs.

I hate to sound like a broken record, but the reviews are the real deal. After another company wanted almost $250 to install my washer/dryer, I found Baydoun Appliances on HomeStars and was impressed with the reviews (the other company had none). I called Mark and he quoted me $140 for the install for two men (important because they needed to be stacked, and they were in a very enclosed space). We set up a time, and he and his employee arrived a few minutes early. There were parking issues at my condo, but he was gracious and patient with these. The install went much more quickly than I anticipated, and there have been no issues since. The 1 year warranty on the installation also offers me peace of mind. I would highly recommend Mark for any type of appliance installation - thanks, Mark!

I used this company about 2.5 years ago for dryer vent/bathroom ceiling fan cleaning, and was very impressed with the work and customer service. I called Paul again and he managed to fit me in a few days after my call - important, since I was expecting a delivery of a new washer/dryer and wanted the cleaning done beforehand. Matt and Adrian arrived an hour early (!). They took their shoes off upon entry (sounds like a small detail but important for cleanliness!) and Matt explained clearly the nature of the work they were about to do. Adrian was kind enough to demonstrate how to remove the cover from the bathroom ceiling fan. I have noticed a definite improvement in performance since the cleaning took place. Matt was even honest enough to recommend that I wait at least 3 years before scheduling another cleaning. When I do, it will be with the Duct Cleaning Specialists, and I'll happily recommend them to anyone in the interim. Thank you, Paul and crew :)
