Excellent service overall. Beautiful products. Salesman came to my house for an initial visit, never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Fantastic installers sent to my house. They were clean and courteous.
Purchased a couch a year or two ago, excellent quality. Returned to purchase dining room chairs for my new house. A couple months later I had a small issue with the chairs. I called Samantha who apologized immediately, offered to take them back, gave me a credit and suggested new chairs to buy which I ended up purchasing. Great products, excellent customer service from Samantha, I will be going back to buy more furniture.
First time having my chimney cleaned. I called A-1 and the over the phone customer service was excellent. Extremely polite and answered all my questions. An appointment was scheduled immediately. The gentleman who came was fantastic and I couldn't believe how clean he was. Not a speck of ash left anywhere. I also received a follow up phone call afterwards asking how my experience was...WOW. I will absolutely recommend A-1 to friends and family and will call them again next year.
