I called on last Thursday and Dimitar and his assistant came yesterday afternoon (it was not an emergency); they were very nice guys and they were here for only about 20 minutes. Re-keyed two locks quickly and efficiently. I will use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone else. Found them through Homestars, which was helpful.

I had some water damage to my chimney and called in Red Robin for a quote. John came by and gave me a detailed discription of the needed work as well as possible contingencies in case they found any additional problems once the chimney was opened up. I was impressed with John and did not seek any other quotes. Two Red Robin workers came to my house at the agreed upon time and quickly and professionally completed the job with no additional input from me. I couldn't be happier with the work, I would recommend Red Robin to anyone who needs this kind of work completed. AJ
