I hired Myron to replace a leaky bay window in my baby’s room as well as to replace a door to the balcony in our master bedroom. Myron provided an accurate quote via email very quickly, and came for a consultation. He did not try to upsell me and instead gave very honest and helpful advice. I felt very comfortable trusting his guidance. I had quotes from several other companies (including Pella and Brock) who immediately came across as simply trying to upsell/rip me off as they kept playing around with numbers to pretend that they’re offering a “great deal”. Myron did not do any of this. He gave one very reasonable price for the best product for my needs. He didn’t try to upsell or play with any numbers at any point. He also gave an exact date for installation, and installation did in fact happen on the day that he promised. The installer was fantastic - did not leave a speck of dust in my house, and was very respectful (took off his shoes, didn’t scratch any walls, and was as quiet as he could be). Installer answered my questions, and Myron came by to ensure that they everything is done to our satisfaction. I’m very happy with the process and the result. Both the window and the door look and function great. I highly recommend this company and will hire them again for the rest of the windows in my house.

I just bought a house (first time home owner) and did not know that a sprinkler system needed to be winterized. I started to look for a someone to help me winterize it in late November and most companies refused to provide service as they were finished for the season. A few agreed to do it but for an astronomical cost. AA Waters and Brookes agreed to provide the service, were very polite and helpful on the phone, gave an accurate quote immediately at a very reasonable price, and sent out a professional to service the system on the same day to ensure that the system does not freeze. It snowed the following day. Thanks to AA Waters and Brookes we saved our sprinkler system, and did not have to wait nor pay an arm and a leg for service like other providers were asking. I will never use another service provider.

I ordered a limestone window sill and a fireplace mantel from Deleese Stone. I was extending my window and did not know that I needed a new windowsill and was holding up window installers without it. Yan responded right away and completed the work by next morning to help me out. He was the only one who responded on such short notice and for a very reasonable price (did not charge anything extra for urgent work) and worked into the night to complete the work. The window installers told me that the windowsill fit perfectly and it was great to work with Yan. I then ordered a fireplace mantel from him, and once again the work was completed on time, the price was very reasonable, and installation was great without any issues. I would highly recommend Deleese Stone and would use them again.
