Great guys to work with but need to pay more attention to finishes and getting the project completed. Still waiting for brick work and flashing to be completed so we can get the building permit signed off.
Recommended by my contractor but very poor customer service, and dealing with them is frustrating. I have repeatedly had to chase them for an installation date instead of them taking the initiative to call and advise me of the delays that seem to keep happening. If you're in no rush, they (based on referral's) make beautiful doors at good price, but just be aware that they will not meet their promised delivery date, and that you'll have to keep after them to get answers.
