I am writing this review after my first experience with Williams Food Equipment (online purchase). At first I was skeptical given the huge selection and the very competitive prices on the site. After thorough research I decided to place my order and take my chances. My order arrived today; my thoughts: PROS: Great selection / very good prices / $10 coupon offer for first purchase / free shipping on my order / fast shipping AFTER item(s) were in stock / good telephone service. CONS: I waited 1 month and 3 days for my Le Creuset item to become available - made me nervous / did not receive a reply to my online inquiry when I requested the status of my order, which also made me nervous / my credit card was charged when I placed the order rather than when the item was shipped. OVERALL: Recommend and I would order from this company again BUT I would pay careful attention to the availability of the item when ordering... "available" with a green check mark does not mean the item is in stock and it will take time to get the item (5 weeks in my case).. if you are patient, it is worth the wait. When ordering, look for 'in stock and ready to ship' if you want/need it immediately. The live chat was not 'manned' when I tried to use it so a phone call was necessary (since email not answered either). WOULD HAVE BEEN A 10/10 if there was better communication including automatic status updates or estimated shipping date via email.

This is a store I can walk to however I find myself getting in my car to go elsewhere, most of the time. It seems to me that painting Contractors get served first so if you happen into the store while they are being served you may not get the help you need. Having said that, even when I'm the only one in the store I don't find the staff as attentive as they should be - customers need assistance in a paint store! This is a local store for me so I'd like to support it and so I do keep trying but I have yet to be impressed. I get my paint chips there and, occasionally, paintbrushes but I still go elsewhere for paint and colour consultation.

This store carries a variety of paint brands and offers friendly helpful service. They also stock a wide variety of colour chip samples from different suppliers, including a Designer line. A small amount of wallpaper is available along with a wide variety of other painting supplies, including stains, varnishes and strippers. This store offers a nice alternative to the paint department of the big box stores, especially if you're in the middle of a painting project - you can be in and out in no time flat!

Although this store has a pretty small 'footprint' as far as appliance stores go, they carry and stock a surprisingly large variety of home appliances... from freezers to televisions! They have helpful, attentive staff that provide what you would expect here: Small Town Service. I recently purchased a small freezer but I have also purchased 2 microwaves (1 as a gift) and a dehumidifier. I was also very happy with the repair service they provided on a 'rush' basis when my refrigerator broke down 1 day before Christmas last year. A recent runaround waiting for a TV to show up (promised for 10 days/didn't arrive after 1 month) prevents me from giving a higher rating. We were, however, refunded our deposit with their apologies. Overall: good selection/good service/delivery available & repair services. If what you are looking for is in stock (and it probably will be!) you will most likely find this store a 10 out of 10.

I just received my order from Espresso Planet and I couldn't be more pleased! Great service, good selection and great value on both prices and shipping. They answered my email question within 24 hours (and on a weekend too!). I was looking for a replacement part for my french press and was afraid the only place I was going to be able to get it was in the U.S. (outrageous shipping!!). Fortunately I found Espresso Planet and they had exactly what I needed right here at home! The brands carried and the range of products is quite extensive, if you're looking for a hard-to-find part for your coffee gear you will probably find it here. I also ordered a pound of coffee as a stocking stuffer!! Great value & fast shipping - a definite recommend here!

I did enjoy my first trip through this shop and I did find a little (vintage picture) treasure but I can't say that I would venture out of my way to return. Having said that I would recommend that you visit if you are in the area enjoying Bayview's fine shops and I will do the same because you just never know what you'll find. If you like searching for treasures of the past or are searching for a unique piece you may just find it here (from fine china to china cabinets)! The store is a bit on the small side, but there are 2 floors so don't forget to check out the basement while you're there!

This gallery was recommended to me by a friend who lives near the area; I love this place! They did a very professional job framing a piece of art for her. I purchased a lovely art piece (photography) for a gift. Pleasant environment and very helpful; great customer service. Such a interesting place to browse too, with a wide variety of art of various types. A great place to buy a gift for the 'person who has everything'... especially if that person is you! Recommended.
