I needed parging work done and tuckpointing on my chimney and the surrounding wall. The completed parging really enhances the look of my house, it was finished with a perfectly straight/clean edge that looks terrific. The neighbours have even been complimenting me on the outcome! While the tuckpointing isn't as visible, Mike did a terrific job matching up the mortar colour for a seamless result.

Dwayne did a fantastic job installing a new outlet and circuit breaker for a new laundry system in my basement. When he came to provide a quote, he took the time to talk through various solutions until we came up with the most appropriate and cost-effective. The project included installing new access panels in the ceiling due to the location and finishes. It caused a bit of a mess, but Dwayne cleaned everything up fully before leaving. He was very responsive, punctual and professional - definitely recommend if you need any electrical work in your home.

Action Home Services did a great job on my large (to me) project - I had hedges surrounding my corner property with crumbling walkways. They removed the hedges and installed new hardscaping (path, patio, driveway and retaining wall) and garden areas. I am delighted with the result and people walking by can't stop complimenting the transformation! Rinat, Dmytro and Kin were a pleasure to work with and quick to respond. The work crews were very professional, arrived early and cleaned up before leaving.

In preparation for a new washing machine, I disconnected the hose and noticed a leak from the shutoff valve. Fabio responded very quickly and came by to take a look - as it was a nonstandard item it had to be ordered and then he came back to install it. I also thought I may need to replace my outdoor faucet but after inspection, it wasn't needed. I can't express enough how much I appreciated his approach - he explained things thoroughly and was very professional. I will definitely use him again for any plumbing jobs!

I really appreciate that Alan was able to fit me in the day I called. I just had a new garage door opener installed but needed work the other company couldn't complete. Michael arrived and got right to work, replacing my broken garage door spring, aged rollers and installing new cables. My only regret is that I didn't have them install the opener too! I will definitely use them again for any future projects.

Quality Potlights really stood out to me when I was researching a company to install potlights in my kitchen, livingroom, and hallway. Dana guided me in the selection of lights and helped me determine the best number for each location. Tony and team showed up exactly on time and did a great job installing the lights. They were very professional, efficient and cleaned up afterwards. I would highlight recommend!

During one humid night our a/c stopped working, we called COAD the following morning and they were there within 45 minutes. Jeff came and looked at the furnace and air conditioning unit and determined the problem. He explained the issue thoroughly and fixed the issue. He was extremely professional and helpful. I highly recommend COAD, and if you can chose your technician - get Jeff!
