I purchased a 935 sq foot, 30+ year old condo. It really needed a makeover to bring it up to date. Home handiwork was my late husband's expertise...I needed to do some serious homework.... As is advised, I contacted several contractors for quotes. Very quickly I learned, many contractors refuse to work in a condo setting. Others never returned calls, and of those that did, were "too busy". Jim was one of the first to reply. He answered all of my questions. He listened to what I wanted, advised and reassured the finished job would be what I envisioned. After lengthy discussions, I felt comfortable engaging his company to do the extensive renovations. He knows his business and is very professional. From start to finish it was a great experience. I was confident in his work. There were no horror stories or surprises. From the quote, to the demolition, to the rebuild, there were no glitches. We talked daily. He took on the role of "Contractor Advocate", and dealt on my behalf with any issues that arose. During the weeks the job was being completed - I was comfortable enough in his workmanship and the progress, I traveled for four of those weeks. Jim sent updates and pictures of the progress. Any questions I asked, he replied in reasonable time. I am happy to say, the completed job is worthy of a spread on HGTV! ROI's craftsmanship, professionalism, and skill is evident in the quality of work that was done. The condo board and superintendent have highly praised Jim and his team.
