A friend recommended Hardwood Giant to me. He said that they have good product and pricing. I have a DirectBuy membership and I was a bit skeptical, but decided to go see what they had for comparison. The showroom in Burlington had a simple and easy to view layout. Anjum was very helpful, and provided the right amount of customer engagement and space to think about my decision. In the end, the price was very competitive. Just as important, stock was available within a few days vs weeks. I also appreciated that I could return a limited number of boxes for reimbursement. It can be frustrating not having enough material; it is great to have a supplier that can support you when you have too much material. I would work with Hardwood Giant again.
