Andrei from Metro Plumbing and Drains and his team have done a great job! Long story short, within the last year our basement has been seriously flooded twice because of the problems with the main drain. To prevent such a backflow from occurring again, we decided to install a backwater valve. We got around five estimates from plumbing companies serving our area. Want to comment that some of the quotes were absolutely out of this world. Metro Plumbing and Drains gave us a good price and since we haven’t heard anything bad about them we decided to give them a try. Now I see it was a right decision. They not only fixed the problem and explained us how the whole system works, and what is needed to be done step by step, but also saved us a lot of money (comparing to others). I just want to add that our close family friend has had the same problem. Following our suggestion, he has hired Metro Plumbing to fix it and has been extremely satisfied with their service too.
