Beware! I have been waiting for 2years to get the replacement of an incorrect installation. It was written in my contract i made the mistake of paying them in full! Its excuse after excuse from family emergencies, u name it condtant excuses i got from Adriano. Do not pay this compsny upfront if u do u will be given the run around excuse after excuse and nothing will get done. Already most of my blinds are falling apart...i paid extra for romans and did not receive them. Becareful

Christine samuel at the brampton location was sooo patient and accomodating with all my needs. She made sure i was satisfied with my purchases and even did a follow up call. Throughout my purchasing process she guided me and advised helping me work within my budget and always with a smile .
