We’ve decided to renovate our kitchen and upgrade the appliances. So we needed a contractor to install a refrigerator with an icemaker. Metro Plumbing and Drains wasn’t our first choice. We called them because the guy from the other company never showed up. So useless to say that I was a bit skeptical when the call taker from Metro Plumbing and Drains told me that they had an available plumber who could come to my place within an hour. What to say, the plumber arrived on time. He appeared to be a very nice and professional young man. But what impressed me most of all was that before coming in he put on disposable booties on the top of his safety boots. Thank you very much that you show respect to my property. The second thing that impressed me – after installing the icemaker he cleaned the area around. Wow, just wow. I don’t know, others might say “hey, nothing special, you paid for that”. I want to add that the price I paid was very reasonable, never the less I was treated like a real VIP. I will definitely call them again.
