Highly recommended! I needed my old gas range disconnected before the delivery, and George worked with my schedule to come and disconnect, then returned a few days later, the same day as the new range was delivered, to connect it. He took the time to program the time, show me how to use all aspects of my range, and explain how it all worked. He tidied up after himself, and was such a pleasure to deal with. He is incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and I will definitely hire him again if I need a Gas Guy! I've already recommended him to a neighbour. Thanks, George!

An initial estimate was booked for late November of 2013. Aris (from CRS) and a representative from Insa-Insulation came to look at my attic after I called them because a home inspection reported mold. They showed up on time, were polite and knowledgeable. I hired Canada's Restoration Services to slay the mold, and they came in December. It was a three-day process; CRS came promptly, carefully taped down tarp to the stairs up to the third floor (!) attic access to protect my carpet, then set up equipment to kill the mold. Insta-Insulation came in, sucked it out, insulated, and on the last day, asked about the other part of my attic (!!). Turns out that nobody had realized until the last day that there was a second access to a smaller part of the attic. I was not thrilled at the thought that I'd be enjoying another week of abatement. However, Aris came to look at it very quickly, was careful not to damage the wall gaining access, and knew his stuff. Thankfully, there's no mold! Aris and Alissa in the office deserve special mention for an excellent job. Thanks to both! My advice to any homeowner needing to deal with mold - make certain that every nook and cranny in the affected area has been inspected and accounted for! That said, I am happy with Canada's Restoration Services, and should I need further assistance, I will call them.

I called In & Out based on the HomeStars reviews, and I was VERY impressed. My team of three showed up on time, worked hard, fast and carefully (pleasant surprise). I was moving out of a second floor apartment into a three story house, and they ran up those stairs (carefully) like it was fun. They wrapped things, they helped pack, they were all-around fantastic. They were also careful with my two cats, taking care where they put things, and watching the door, which meant a lot. I ended up needing another last-minute booking, and Jason at the office accommodated me cheerfully. Jason, Keegan, David, Tony... THANK YOU! You made a stressful situation better! I will definitely call In & Out for any future moves I need, and will gladly recommend to my friends! EDIT 3 YEARS LATER: A family member and 2 different friends have hired In & Out on my recommendation, and all 3 have been thrilled with the excellent service and price.
