Prior to signing the contract they were very vague about the prices of upgrades and did not give you any idea of their prices. Only once locked in a contract they gage the prices accordingly. Excessively pricey and difficult to deal with for all the upgrades. They made us promises that were not respected because it was not in contract. Not honest business.
