We’ve used Contex Roofing before and I’ve been happy with their personal touch, and quick response. When I called to speak with Arnold, the owner, it was nice the way he remembered who I was. We’ve used Contex Roofing before, and they’ve done a good job in the past. Most recently I called because I thought that my flat roof was leaking and they came to check it out. It turned out the problem was actually not a leak, but just a crack in the ceiling, so they identified the problem and pointed me in the right direction. Thanks, once again, Arnold. I appreciated your help.

Yes I would recommend this company to my Mom! James did a great job replacing a wobbly, poorly-constructed fence. His employees worked on a Sunday just to get the job done while the Fall weather was favourable. Prompt communication, clear estimate, reasonable cost, outstanding results.

My rental property developed a problem with the kitchen plumbing. I looked at Homestars for a plumber to come figure out the problem and fix it, and Waterworks came highly recommended. I emailed them and I received a very quick response. 2 days later the pipe was replaced and fixed so that the problem will not reoccur. As a rental property owner, I rely on skilled tradesmen to keep the property in good working order. I also know how difficult it is to get a tradesman to come quickly for such a small job. I purchased a 1 year plumbing plan from them as well. This gives me priority service and a discount for both of my properties. Very good experience overall.

I spotted a free piano on Kijiji, so needed a mover to get it from that house to my house. I started calling around to various movers, including James. He was very knowlegable and happy to do such a 'small' move. His team of movers did an EXCELLENT job! They were on time, polite, quick, and answered my many questions about piano tuning, etc. I have no trouble recommending this piano mover.

Renos, as anyone who has been through them knows, are incredibly stressful. They are expensive, messy, and force you to make lots of decisions. Jeffrey made this experience as painless as possible, and kept in touch to let me know how the project was doing and offering me choices on how to proceed. When the gutting process began, the workmen found a lot of problems with the building foundation and walls. These problems needed to be addressed before we could proceed. Jeffrey was very helpful in this regard, instructing me on how they would rebuild. I feel very confident in the structure now, and my tenants look forward to many maintenance-free years! Just as important is Jeffrey's experience renovating rental properties. The new kitchen has clean lines and solid construction with quality finishes that don't going overboard. I highly recommend his reliable team.

I needed urgent replacement to my flat roof, and winter was approaching. I called Contex Roofing to take care of my needs. Phil came to my house to discuss my roof replacement, and he recommended replacing the window casements, along with the eavestroughs, downspouts and fascia. My house is now very cozy, they did a superior job! Because my roof was an emergency fix, Contex made my order a priority.
