At Steve's Sheds, you don't get just good service and product, you get awesome!! All the time! I wanted a quote for a shed from two places, Steve's sheds responded quickly. I told him I wanted a 10 by 10 shed, double doors and a window on the left side of the shed. I had an old shed that was 8 by 12 torn down, it was 30 years old. This new shed was hopefully going to go in its place. This was my 1st time buying prefabricated / constructed wooden shed and was skeptical of building materials that would be used. Steve offered to meet me at his plant, Covid-19 protocols were followed. He showed me some existing sheds, interiors were 24" centre's which is fine, but I wanted 16" centres for the base floor to make it stronger. Steve said that for the base / floor, he always uses 12" centres, which is even better for supporting weight! My other concern was the pitch of the roof, I live in a snowbelt region, but after seeing the sheds on his lot, and knowing they use 20 year shingles, I was more than satisfied. The shed was ready on time, but I had to reschedule because the old shed was still in place. Steve happily re-scheduled the delivery for me. The agreement was assembly on one day and vinyl siding to be completed the following day. On installation date, my daughter said they arrived about 8am and before noon Steve called me to say it was erected, everything went well and that the vinyl guys would be arriving shortly to finish it! No 2nd day needed. I am attaching pictures, one pic shows the existing half moon interlocking bricks that were there from the old shed, see how well Steve guys lined up the new shed to it, it looks fabulous! I called in the morning, they showed up that afternoon, unsoldered the leaking pipe, installed new pipe and new tap. Where the hot and cold water pipes came through the wall, the previous home owner just cut hole in the drywall, no covering! So this company even put up round Chrome discs to cover up the holes in the drywall, it looks so much more professional! Highly recommend this company and I am keeping their info for any future issues I need fixed!

I hired them to paint the inside of my town house, all one neutral colour. They started painting and found that they did not have enough paint, so they went to a hardware store and picked up more, the colour was different, so now I had walls that were different colours. They said the paint was the same code but because it was a different hardware store that there was a discrepancy in the colour and there is nothing they could do. In my opinion they could have bought more paint to ensure the same colour was through out the house but they refused. I was putting the house up for sale and having a wall that was half one colour on the left and another shade on the right (same wall!) and in muliple areas, was not even close to being satisfactory. Karin didn't want o repaint, give discount or anything. I actually had another painting company come in and re-do the paint job two weeks later, so the cost was 2 times what if should have been. And unlike Painters Plus, they painted with all one colour, no variations or pathetic excuses. I am only sorry to see Painters Plus still in business, hopefully not for too much longer with such poor customer service! Beware of this company!

I used this company before to refinish my interlocking sidewalk and patio in Scarborough. I have since moved to Peterborough, didn't think they would come out this far but I called and they said they would. I had an 11 year old deck that was never looked after, the whole deck had turned light grey, I was sure I would have to replace it but after calling Seal Tech, they thought they could fix it, so I let them try. "FIT IT UP" is a poor choice of of words for what they did to it; it now looks like cedar, golden colour and looks like it was just built, did an amazing job on it! My neighbours and family are just astonished at the difference, no longer an eye sore and a welcome change by all who live around me and can view it from their homes. Hopefully, next year I'll have them back to do the fencing thing that goes around the property.

They showed up at previously agreed time, did I walk through so I could show them everything I wanted to move, then I left. When I returned back home everything was gone that was suppose to go. I checked all the walls for any damage as done stuff was really big, but no damage anywhere not even a mark. They kept everything overnight and delivered the next afternoon. When they arrived and rolled up the truck door, I could see everything was very well wrapped and protected, some items they had to remove the wrapping so I could see what it was, that is how well my stuff was wrapped. My main concerns were 2 65" and 1 47" Tv's but the made the journey just fine! The 3 gentlemen were very polite, reassuring and certainly knew their job! Once everything was in the proper room, they placed items where I wanted them, put the Tv's where I asked them to place then, even put my bed frame back together and placed mattresses back on frame. I had 2 items that I changed my mind and didn't want anymore, so they took them away on the truck. As far as marks on the flooring, they prevented this by using their own long stop carpeting, even down the staircases! 100% PROFESSIONAL!! THEY are the ultimate movers AND at a reasonable rate!

I had carpeting in my townhouse when I moved in 7 years ago, it was marked a bit back then and after 7 more years was wearing out. I price out carpeting with a few other places, a big box DIY store wanted $4,374 for carpeting and they said that is with a 10 year warranty. So I got looking on Home Stars and checked out 2 companies with Victorious carpet being one of them, the 2nd company was to stop out at a certain date and time, but they never did, nor did they call me to tell me they wouldn't be able to make it! But Mark made arrangements to stop out and see me, and he did, took the measurements, explained to me the different choices I had in quality, texture and colour. I couldn't choose between two colours, so Mark said I could let him know later. Shortly after I got the quote, approx. $3,300 with taxes included. I decided to go ahead with it, I called Mark to arrange an installation date and at the last minute I picked a colour that was not one of the 2 originals I was thinking about, but Mark made it happen and the installation date was not changed. On the installation date I went to work, when I got home they were almost finished installing the carpet, living room is 14' x 17', plus 3 sets of stairs totaling 20 stairs, a landing and the upstairs hallway, they even did the floor inside the closet in the hallway!! AND it comes with 10 year warranty, $1,074 cheaper than the big box DIY store price. The house looks great with the carpeting, the installations techs did an amazing job!
