Ive invited Arpis into my home on 3 separate occasions in the last year. Once in an emergency, Once to replace 20 year old equipment, and Once for basic cleaning/maintenance. Every time ive been left impressed by their service and professionalism from start to finish. Whether its the kind people helping make a convenient booking, that friendly call from dispach to let you know they're on the way, or the always professional workers who never cease to impress at their attention and work ethic. Thanks Arpis for doing it right again and again. Having used Arpis before they were my first choice to replace my aging hot water tank in my house. It was easy to call their number and setup the job on the day of my choosing. The 2 technicians showed up on time and quickly completed their task. I was shown how to operate and maintain the new tank and am very happy taking long hot showers now :D i took a point of 100% because after they left i did a load of laundry and it seems like they took they laundry drain tube out of the drain (to use drain to empty old tank i guess) and never replaced it, so my laundry maching gave my basement floor a pretty thorough washout. please be more careful next time Arpis!

Having had positive results from platinum pro painters before i called Chris first when my rental property needed to be repainted. He promptly estimated the time and costs to paint my ceiling, walls, and trim in all rooms. I was happy to see Dave and his crew show up on the day and they did a great job as always. thanks again for making it so easy!

I have seen their jw plumbing vans around my condo area for years so they were my first pick when i needed someone to call. I am totally satisfied the plumber arrived on time after calling first then he did the job in only a few minutes and was on his way. Only funny thing was no credit cards so i had to pay cash/cheque.

After i called Platinum Pro I was surprised to have the owner of the company, Chris, arrive himself at my home to conduct an estimate. Chris was professional and focused on listening to my concerns and time constraints and provided a fair price and timeline. A few days later his crew arrived early in the morning to paint my ceilings. The crew was fast and efficient completing the whole job in 1 day and I am very satisfied with the results. I will be using Platinum Pro Painters again for sure.

After trying some other contractors for estimates done right was a breath of fresh air. The estimator did a quality survey, discussed my concerns and helped me select options and colours. Then the ordering and installation people were all very helpful and friendly planning around my schedule, cleanup was also excellent. I'm very happy with my new roof and recommend done right roofing.

Excellent technician. Quickly diagnosed the root cause of my broken furnace, even spent extra time identifying troubled subcomponent to minimize replacement part costs. Then he found a suitable substitute part (capacitor for inducer motor) in his truck and replaced it. All is running again perfectly I will use arpis again for sure.
