From start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with Copacetic. Spencer was very helpful in fitting the project to our budget. The alcoves on each side of the fireplace were quite uneven so Spencer's accurate measurements and recommendations ensured that we ended up with a perfect finish. As for Jeremy and Edwin who installed the built-ins they were wonderful. They were punctual, very respectful of our home, and left the site clean and tidy. Their skill level and great attention to every little detail resulted in 2 gorgeous pieces of furnitute that bring the room together. Everybody who has come to our house has commented on how great the built-ins look. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for high quality craftsmanship!

I called Mr Rooter to look at my main floor toilet that was not refilling properly and also at a dripping sink in the ensuite bathroom. Rick Phillips was the technician and it was a pleasure to deal with him. He gave me two options: repair what was an old toilet or replace it completely. He never pressured me towards either option but gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I chose to get a new toilet (and to have shut off valves installed on the sink rather than change the faucet as we will redo the bathroom in the near future). The work was scheduled for the next morning and everything went smoothly. Rick was very careful to keep the areas clean and gave me lots of information and tips throughout the process. I am now a loyal customer and will trust Rick with any other plumbing issue I may encounter in the future.

My kitchen faucet had been dripping for a little while and I was planning to have it changed. Before I got around to do it, I noticed water leaking behind the wall in the basement bathroom located directly below the kitchen. Water had started to drip under the sink, unnoticed! I called Mr Rooter as I needed a fast service. Brian M came within 3 hours and replaced the faucet. The job was done in no time and the faucet looks great. Brian was very nice and professional and I couldn't be happier with the service I got.

I called Clarke Basement to install a secondary sump pump. Jarod was on time and very knowledgeable. He explained why he needed to replace the primary sump pump before installing the battery backed-up one. He explained very clearly how the new system work and also left the site spotless. I'm a very happy customer.
