We were told on the phone that it was $80 to have a service person attend at our home to diagnose and provide a quote. They further advised that if we proceeded with any quoted repairs, the $80 would be applied to the total cost. The technician arrived just as we had to leave for an appointment, but our 80 year old father was home. The technician asked us to sign for the repairs so he could proceed while we were out. Before he arrived, our built-in microwave was still powering on, the clock was working and the time was counting backwards. It just wasn't heating. When we returned home, we had an invoice for $298 charged to our visa for "servicing" yet, now even the power was not working and we were told that it now required a mother board at an additional cost of $300. So, basically we were charged $300, not the $80, we were quoted for a diagnosis - and were left with more issues than before he arrived.

We have a unique, irregular lot, with a double garage that is not square to the house or the street which presented a huge challenge. For over 6 months we met with contractors who either never called back after seeing the job, or did not impress us. Giancarlo came on time, was passionate and engaging. He explained his ideas well. His team came in and were absolutely professional, fast, clean. We have done extensive renovations over the years on a few homes and this was by far the smoothest experience we have had. AND the best part is, people are actually slowing down to see our driveway and have had several people stop and complement it! We would recomment these guys without hesitation. In fact, you would be silly to go anywhere else for concrete work!!!

Fabyan and his crew moved us from a 4 story 3200 sq.ft. home to our downsized bungalow. They worked non-stop and were professional yet friendly. Fabyan offered good suggestions where there were tight corners etc. and all was moved in great condition. I would recommend them in a heart beat!
