We had a new furnace, hot water tank and air conditioner installed. In addition to this we had the gas hot water tank moved from the laundry room to the furnace room and had plumbing and gas lines redone. We had 3 quotes and Mersey came in the middle on the appliances but was very reasonable on the additional labour. They didn't nickel and dime. They completed the work clean, on time and in a professional manner. Thank you.

Fully renovated 2 bathrooms down to studs. Added new heated floors, heated towel rack, glass shower curtain, air massage tub in addition to the usual other stuff. We've used Ted for all our projects over the past 15 years and he always exceeds expectations. He works hard and on time and is very thoughtful to always leave the work site clean. Purchased all the hardware to completely renovate 2 bathrooms. Phil gave us great advise on brands and features to choose. He provided excellent service and was very responsive. Only negative was poor follow up by manufacturer rep for the Air Tub - Oceania, regarding installation questions. Thanks Phil and Juan
