We had two leaking bathtubs drains that needed repair. Michael found the problem quickly and explained in detail what needed to be done. He arrived promptly, and treated our home like it was his own. I would not hesitate to call Waterworks again for future work. While he was here I decided to have our main floor laundry faucet sink replaced. He had a unit in stock and he was able to do the work on the spot. He also addressed the low pressure in our faucet by replacing the valve below the laundry sink tub. Natasha was also very helpful in provided me with arrival times and appointment times. We were really happy with all the work that was done.

Would do it again!! We hired FB in May 2015 for a complete basement renovation with a Bar, Laundry Room, Home Office and Home Theatre. The whole process was very efficient and timely. We have a beautiful basement for years to come. We still have some minor work to do but we need to contact Finished Basements to schedule the work to be completed. I called in a panic when I noticed a leak during our major basement reno. Gennadiy quickly gave some info over email and phone. In addition, he promptly came to look at our downspout causing the problem. It was rectified quickly and effectively. We also required other spouts to be replaced. Do not hesitate to Gennadiy!!!

Mark responded quickly to our request online and installed a new kitchen faucet, installed ceiling fan and replaced plywood on our wall unit. We were very pleased with his work and professionalism. I would not hesitate to call him if you need handy work done in your home. In fact, already starting a new list of work to do for him around my home. Rachel and Pedro
