We had an issue with our gas fireplace, although it was turned on the flames would die and the fireplace would sometimes go off and then relight itself later. A service technician came out and worked on the fireplace to resolve the issue. The technician informed us that to repair the fireplace fully, we would need a new module. After research the technician called and said that he was having difficulty in finding the new part. That was six weeks ago and we have heard nothing since.

We would like to thank Centra Windows for the positive experience from start to the finish while having our house windows replaced. We met Greg at the Showroom in Nanaimo and he did a good job of explaining the different styles of windows, and helped us choose the type of windows that would suit our house. We met Carl when he came out to our house to re-measure our windows and to ensure that what we had chosen would actually work for us. On installation day, Carl, Corey, and Jeremy arrived right on time and were soon removing and replacing windows. We were impressed because they placed dust sheets and walking mats throughout the interior of the house, and garbage cans outside for any nails or material that they removed.. They were careful removing the trim around the windows so that it could be re-used around the new windows. One of our concerns about having new windows installed was that they would be installed properly, because no matter how good a window you purchase its benefits will be lost if the window is installed poorly. No need to worry with this crew all the windows were installed, insulated and sealed properly. We were even more impressed when we noted than they were not satisfied with the way one window had been installed and they took the window back out again and rejigged it until it fitted the window frame properly. We had thirteen windows and a patio door replaced in two days, on the second day they cleaned up all the windows inside and outside and while Corey finished the last window, Jeremy took us around every window demonstrating their features and how they all opened and fastened and ensuring that each window did open and close properly. When the crew left they took all the old windows and debris with them and left a clean worksite both outside and inside the house. We would like to commend Carl, Corey & Jeremy the crew from Centra windows for the outstanding job they did on the installation of our new windows. They performed their duties with great integrity and efficiency. We were very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend this crew and their company to our friends.
