UNETHICAL PEOPLE with NO INTEGRITY: BE AWARE!!!!!!!! I dropped into BH one day and liked one of their samples but was reluctant to put a deposit down without my wife present and lack of understanding of my square footage needs. However, I was convinced by a promise by Vandana that I would have no problem cancelling the order or changing my mind on style or quantity without any fees - So, I put down a $3000+ down payment. We have since decided not to renovation at this time and wanted to get our money back. hTey are not so friendly anymore. I had taken no delivery of product and have not placed any special order with them. I have talked to 3 different managers over the past 3 weeks and they are not giving me my money back without charging me a substantial fee for cancelling the order. I am warning everyone to stay away from this unethical company. This HomeStars page is a great source to give and get feedback for customers.
